These rates are rental costs for our Townhouse and not per person, and include all cleaning and state taxes. Please contact us for prices in Sterling or Euros, and discounts will be given for bookings longer than two weeks.

(Your stay can be for any duration and a quote for your exact requirements can be given)

PLEASE NOTE:

  • For rental periods of less than 7 nights an additional cleaning charge of $85 is payable.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 per week is payable at time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to rental.
  • Payment can be made in the form of a bank transfer, UK cheque or US check, or credit card via Paypal (Surcharge of 3% for UK transactions and 4.4% for US transactions).
  • Arrival or departure can be any day of the week. Check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am on day of departure.
  • A security deposit of $200 is also due with the balance. This is fully refundable once your stay is over, and there will only be charges deducted if there are any breakages or damage during your stay.
  • No smoking or pets.
  • Cancellations within 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in a 50% loss of total rental cost.
  • Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will result in a 100% loss of total rental cost.
